This facade design includes two buildings, one of which is 16 floors residential block with 8 units per floor and another 12 floors residential tower is a thinner alike with 4 units per floor. The main facade is latticed  with both horizontal moldings and vertical volumes. Gravel cement finished round columns encompassed by molding straps on every floor are noticed boldly in its visual manner. Stone finished podium is decorated with cornices and columns that enhanced visual gravity of the building.

 

本設計有兩棟寬窄不同的建築，且分別位於同一個街區的不同基地上，其中一棟每層8戶單元的16層住宅大樓，位於前後面皆面臨道路的基地上；另一棟為每層4戶單元共12層的單棟住宅大樓。立面設計上以多層水平帶狀弧形線條搭配垂直體塊編織立面的層次；帶有裝修線腳與柱列的石材基座用以強化建築的視覺穩定性。
